1 About Our Company

Fox Auro Plumbers is a full-service plumbing contractor located in Aurora, Colorado, owned and operated by Andrew Lawson. Founded in 1990, we have served the Aurora community for over 36 years with a team of 120 skilled professionals.

We serve residential and commercial customers throughout Aurora, Denver, and nearby communities in the West / Mountain West region of Colorado from our primary address at 9863 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, CO 80010, USA.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering regular and emergency plumbing services subject to technician availability and safety conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Service Areas

We primarily serve customers in Aurora, CO and nearby cities and communities within the greater Denver metropolitan area, including but not limited to Aurora neighborhoods and nearby municipalities such as Centennial, Denver, Parker, Englewood, Highlands Ranch, Commerce City, Thornton, and Lakewood.

Service availability, travel charges, response times, and eligibility for promotions may vary by location, and we reserve the right to decline service outside our standard service area at our discretion.

5 Use of the Website

7 Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

We offer scheduled appointments, same-day services when available, and 24/7 emergency response for urgent plumbing issues, subject to technician availability and safety considerations.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment, we request at least 24 hours' notice. Short-notice cancellations or failed access to the property may be subject to a trip fee or minimum service charge as allowed under applicable law.

8 Access to Your Property and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the work area, including access to plumbing fixtures, mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, basements, and exterior service points.

You agree to:

• Inform us of any known hazards (such as asbestos, mold, structural instability, or unsafe electrical conditions).
• Secure pets and keep children away from the immediate work area.
• Remove or protect items near the work area that could be damaged during normal plumbing work.

9 Payment Terms and Collections

Unless otherwise set out in a written service agreement or invoice, payment is due at the time services are completed.

We may accept various payment methods (such as cash, check, or card), and certain methods may incur processing fees that will be disclosed when applicable. Returned checks, chargebacks, or declined payments may result in additional fees permitted by law.

If payment is not received by the due date on your invoice, we may charge late fees, interest, and pursue reasonable collection efforts, including the use of third-party collection agencies or legal proceedings as allowed under Colorado law.

10 Promotions, Coupons, and Special Offers

From time to time, Fox Auro Plumbers may advertise promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers — such as discounts on water heater installations, drain clearing, or other services.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotions:

• Are valid only for a limited time and may be discontinued or modified without notice.
• May be limited to specific services, appointment times, or service areas.
• Generally cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or special pricing.

11 Insurance and Licensing

We maintain commercial insurance coverage with reputable insurers — including Next Insurance, Progressive Commercial, State Farm, The Hartford, and Travelers — for our operations, as required and appropriate for a professional plumbing contractor.

Our technicians and/or the business hold the licenses and certifications required by applicable Colorado law for the plumbing services we perform, including Master Plumber, Journeyworker Plumber, Residential Plumbing License, Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester, and STAR Plumber Mastery certifications. Certain specialized work may only be undertaken by licensed personnel or under appropriate supervision.

12 Warranties and Guarantees

We strive to perform all work in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards across all our plumbing services.

Any warranties on workmanship or materials will be described on your invoice, proposal, or separate written service agreement and may vary by service type, product brand, and manufacturer warranty terms.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the parts or equipment and may require registration, maintenance, or other conditions. Fox Auro Plumbers is not responsible for manufacturer decisions regarding warranty coverage.

13 Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated in a written warranty document:

• Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, alterations by others, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions at the property.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to floods, fires, acts of God, extreme weather, power surges, vandalism, or other external factors.
• Warranties may be voided if you decline recommended repairs, if others modify or tamper with our work, or if dangerous or code-deficient conditions are not corrected.

If there is a conflict between these general limitations and a specific written warranty provided to you, the specific written warranty will control.
